Purposes and Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing

If a user provides their personal data to the Controller via phone, contact forms on the website, email, or other mail, we store and use this information to fulfill or conclude a service contract. This includes customer identification, contract preparation and conclusion, service provision (contractual obligations), customer service, handling complaints, increasing customer loyalty, administering payments, debt recovery, proving facts, maintaining and improving the website, business planning and analytics, and accounting. We may also process data to provide information to public authorities and law enforcement in accordance with applicable laws. The legal basis for processing is contract performance, legal compliance, user consent, and our legitimate interests (e.g., verifying identity, ensuring service effectiveness, analyzing site usage, etc.).
