The team behind BalticAI
We are an AI development and consulting company based in Riga, Latvia. We design, build and maintain AI assistants, automations and custom software for businesses in the Baltics and abroad.
Who we are
BalticAI was founded to make AI accessible and practical for organizations of all sizes. We focus on specific, repetitive work, such as answering customer questions, preparing documents, calculating prices and keeping records, and build systems that take it off people's desks.
Our team combines software engineering with applied AI: full-stack developers and AI engineers who build both the AI features and the software around them.
Typical projects include customer-support chatbots, document automation, pricing calculators, computer-vision quality control and internal tools, as well as AI workshops and strategy sessions for management teams.
